How do I get a quote?

All you need to do is go to the quote page on the website and answer a few questions relating to your business such as your business entity, the number of transactions you have going through the business per month (ie number of sales invoices and receipts), whether you are a VAT registered business etc. From the answers you provide our pricing matrix will then calculate your quote based on the information you have supplied. Who will I deal with?

Once you have completed the sign-up process you will be assigned to one of our accountants who will be solely responsible for handling your account. You will receive an email from them welcoming you to Accounting Express and they will be your primary contact.

 

How do I send my bookkeeping paperwork / information to you?

There are a number of ways that you can send your bookkeeping information to us. All you need to do is simply collate all your accounting documents: sales invoices, purchase invoices (receipts), and bank / credit card statements.

1) Post –pop your accounting documents in a large envelope, seal it and put a stamp on it and post it to your local Accounting Express office address.

2) Email – scan your accounting documents into your PC or laptop and email them to you local Accounting Express office email address. You may also be able to download your bank / credit card statements and email these files too.

3) Fax – place your accounting documents in a fax machine and fax them to your local Accounting Express office fax number.

Many of our clients are now moving away from posting their information to us by being more environmentally friendly and sending their information electronically by email, which helps to reduce the carbon footprint on the environment.
